This video was shot by some bystanders who happened to witness a beserk guy who uses his car to try to run down another guy after driving into his car. The driver has to be on some sort of drugs. Eventually after harrassing each other the guy in the car is stopped by other bystanders and keys removed, he then proceeds to get out and start fist fighting with the guy he was trying to run over.
